Our story

SistersFlow was born from a realisation. From the realisation that so many women live their lives looking strong from the outside..., but on the inside they are tired, overwhelmed, and growing further and further away from themselves. We work. We take care. We make do. And in the process, we slowly lose the connection that matters most... with our own bodies and our inner world. So SistersFlow was not meant to be a studio, but a space. A place where you don't have to prove yourself. Where it doesn't matter when you last moved. Where it's not a matter of what shape you're in..., but whether you want to find your way back to yourself. Here, movement is not a punishment, it's a reconnection. Not an achievement, but a recharge. And you're not doing it alone, but in a supportive community of women.
