In my classes, movement is not only exercise, but also relaxation. We flow to the rhythm of the breath so that body and mind are finally in sync.

Dynamic Reset Flow

Dynamic Reset Flow is a upbeat, flow-based yoga class, which helps to relieve the tension of the day and gives you new energy.

During the practice, we work with continuous, flowing movements. Together, strengthening, rhythm and breathing help to bring the attention to the body while the thoughts in the head slowly quieten.

This class is both physically challenging and liberating.

During the exercise:

- dynamic flow movements
- strengthening exercises
- movement based on breathing
- energy channeling and mental clearing

Deep reset flow

Deep Reset Flow is a slower, deeper practice, to help you slow down and release the tension that has built up during the day.

In class we work with longer endurance, deep stretching and exercises to calm the nervous system. In addition to movement, breathing and relaxation also play an important role.

The aim is that by the end of the practice you're not just tired, but really recharged.

In class:

- deep stretches
- slower flow movements
- exercises to calm the nervous system
- relaxation and regeneration

This class is a particularly good choice if you have a busy day, find it hard to slow down, or simply need a quiet space to reconnect with yourself.
