I work in the tech world during the day, but when I close my laptop, my other passion comes to the fore: movement.

I teach functional circuit training, body shaping and pilates classes. They are different forms of exercise, but they all have one thing in common: they all help you feel better in your body.

A House Pilates class was created to combine the mindful movement of Pilates, the power of functional training and the motivating energy of music.

For me, training is not just a job or a hobby. It is a space where I can connect with people, build community and experience the joy of movement together.

The biggest motivation for me is to see the progress - whether it's a stronger posture, a longer plank or a smile at the end of class.

House Pilates - movement, music and recharging

This class is a special experience of movement, where the pilates, functional training and body shaping movements meets the power of music.

A House Pilates is a dynamic yet mindful exercise that helps you move the whole body, strengthen the deep muscles and release daily stress.

The movement of the deephouse, melodic and afro house beats to help you get in the mood for your workout, let go of the day's stresses and arrive in the present moment.

The 50-minute Pilates flow is a gentle - sometimes a little more intense - yet controlled workout for the whole body.

At the end of the lesson 5-10 minutes of relaxation and stretching helps you to relax completely, so that both the body and the nervous system are at ease.


What can you experience in class?

House Pilates is a form of exercise that both develops the body and helps you recharge mentally.

During the lessons:

- strengthen the deep muscles and torso stability
- improve posture and body awareness
- improve endurance and muscle strength
- relieve daily stress and tension
