I am Kamala - Vaisnava Yoga Master
Yoga has been a stable foundation of my daily life for nearly ten years and in addition to the physical practice, I have also immersed myself in the philosophical background of yoga throughout my journey. A love of movement and sport led me to this, and then the search for answers to life's big questions deepened the desire in my heart to learn what yoga as a lifestyle means.
In 2018, I completed a 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training at Mandala Yoga Studios, but I felt I wanted to learn more about the original purpose of this wonderful movement. In 2021, I was accepted to study at Bhaktivedanta College of Religious Studies, Vaisnava Yoga Master, where I successfully graduated in 2024.
I would like to share the many wonderful effects that I have experienced through yoga with others and in this way help those who are on the path of self-realization.
