SistersFlow's Pest Studio is a versatile movement space where classical and special forms of movement are combined, so that everyone can find the exercise that best suits their body and their current life situation. In our studio you can connect with yourself on the ground and in the air. From strengthening to stretching to deep relaxation, there are a variety of experiences to choose from.

Air tournament

Aerial gymnastics develops strength, flexibility and confidence at the same time. Exercising in the air gives you a new perspective and a physical and mental break from everyday life.

Talaj pilates

A stabilising, deep muscle strengthening exercise that supports posture, core musculature and injury prevention.

Yoga

Stress relief, mobilisation and inner balance, combining movement and breathing.

Sound bowl relaxation

Deep nervous system recharge with sound vibrations, guided relaxation for total physical and mental relaxation.

Reformer pilates

Controlled strength training on a special machine that effectively shapes the body and supports functional movement.

The structure of the classes is safe, gradual and no previous training or outstanding fitness is required to start. Our instructors will guide you step by step into the world of aerial movement.

Floor pilates is a deep muscle strengthening exercise performed on a mat with your own body weight, while reformer pilates is done on a special machine that uses spring resistance to make the workout even more effective.

Both forms of exercise develop core musculature, posture and stability - but reformer pilates provides a more intense, targeted workload.
