Privacy notice and legal declaration
This privacy notice is the Yogamama Ltd. and the conditions of participation in yoga, pilates and workshop sessions, as well as the data management practices related to the use of online and offline services.
By ticking the checkbox when making a reservation, purchasing a season ticket or completing a questionnaire, the user declares that he/she has read and understood the Privacy Policy and consents to the processing of his/her personal data as described in this document.

Yogamama Ltd may process the following data:

Participation in activities and events
In all cases, participation is at the participant's own risk. The participant acknowledges the risks associated with physical activity. Yogamama Ltd. and the instructors are not responsible for any injuries that may occur.
The participant declares that:
- your state of health allows you to participate
- no medical contraindications to exercise
- follows the instructor's instructions
In case of pregnant participants, the applicant must declare that he/she is at least 12 weeks pregnant and has no medical contraindications.
Image and video capture
Sessions may include photography and video for marketing and educational purposes. Participants have the right to indicate in advance if they do not wish to be included in the footage or to request that any footage of them be removed.
Protecting good reputation
Yogamama Ltd. reserves the right to take legal action in the event of untrue statements (e.g. Google reviews, Facebook, Instagram) that damage its reputation.
