Terms of Use (TOS)
This document is the SistersFlow brand (operator: Yogamama Ltd.) regulates the conditions for the use of personal and online yoga, pilates and workshop sessions, systems and digital services.

Conditions for claiming
Use of the service (either in person or online) is subject to acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. By registering, booking, entering or participating, the user automatically accepts them.
Participation in face-to-face and online yoga classes
- Participation in all yoga classes is at your own risk.
- The service provider is not liable for any damage to health, musculoskeletal or other damage.
- Pregnant persons may only attend classes if:
- is 12 weeks old, AND
- no medical contraindications.
Technical conditions - online lessons
- To access online lessons, you need an internet connection and a suitable device.
- Users are responsible for the functioning of their own devices and connections.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to technical problems.
- The provider is entitled to modify the access links and platforms without prior notice.
Payment terms
- Services must be paid in advance.
- The fees are in HUF and include VAT.
- The payment is final and refunds will only be given for cancelled occasions.
- Online credit card and other payment methods are handled through the Barion system. No credit card or other payment information is passed to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, licence number H-EN-I-1064/2013.
Use of content
- SistersFlow's educational materials, videos, written and visual content are copyrighted.
- Any copying, reuse or public distribution is only allowed with the written permission of the service provider.
- Unauthorised use may have legal consequences.
Rules of conduct
- Participants must behave in a civilised and respectful manner in all circumstances - whether in person or online.
- Discrediting, threatening or defaming the provider, trainers, other participants or the brand is prohibited.
Opinion
- If you have any complaints or comments, please contact us directly by e-mail.
- We are entitled to take legal action in the event of any untrue, false or defamatory statements that damage the reputation of the service provider (e.g. Google, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, blog).
International access
- The services will be made available globally, but in all cases Hungarian law will apply.
- The Metropolitan Court of Budapest has exclusive jurisdiction in disputes.
Complaints handling, redress and money-back guarantee
1. Handling complaints
The Consumer may lodge a complaint about the Service Provider's activities, services or contracting by contacting:

The Service Provider will investigate the complaint and respond in writing within 30 days at the latest.
2. Conciliation Body procedure
If the consumer dispute between the consumer and the Service Provider is not settled by conciliation between the parties, the Consumer has the right to apply to a conciliation body.

The consumer can also apply to the conciliation body competent for the place where he or she lives or stays.
The Service Provider is obliged to cooperate in the conciliation procedure.
3. Online dispute resolution platform
In the case of online contracts, the Consumer has the right to use the online dispute resolution platform operated by the European Commission to settle the dispute: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
4. 100% money-back guarantee (for personal service)
The Service Provider provides a 100% money-back guarantee for the first use of the in-person, in-studio service, subject to the following conditions:
- The guarantee applies only to the first service used by the Consumer, in person.
- If the Consumer has purchased a rental and does not wish to continue using the service on the first occasion, he/she is entitled to a full refund of the rental fee.
- The Consumer must notify the Service Provider in person, on the spot, after the first session has been completed, of the need for a refund.
- The guarantee cannot be invoked after the first unannounced departure or in the event of a subsequent claim, in particular by e-mail or other means.
- The repayment will be made within 14 days of the acceptance of the legitimate claim at the latest, in the same way as the original payment.
- The money-back guarantee applies only to face-to-face services and does not cover online or digital services.
- Once the guarantee has been invoked, the Service Provider is entitled to refuse to provide the Consumer with any further service and is entitled to reject the Consumer's application for a period of up to 12 months.
Image and video recording - declaration of rights
- By participating in in-person or online yoga sessions, the participant acknowledges and agrees that photographs and videos may be taken during the sessions and that he/she may be included in them.
- The participant waives the rights to the use of these images and videos by SistersFlow (operator: Yogamama Kft.), exclusively:
- Education,
- promotional,
- community building or
- for marketing purposes.
- The visual display of pregnancy is explicitly allowed, as the sessions can take place in the context of a maternity session, provided that it is not intrusive, humiliating or discriminatory.
- In all cases, the provider shall respect the privacy rights of the participants, in particular:
- does not use offensive, degrading or sensitive content, whether in the form of images or video,
- does not disclose any record of a medical condition or complaint without specific consent.
- The participant can at any time indicate in advance if he/she does not wish to be included in any recording or request the deletion of the content afterwards - this will be handled fairly by the service provider.
Final provisions
- The provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
- The amendment will enter into force automatically upon publication on the website.
