We cordially invite you to our last minute Spring Awakening Retreat, which will take place in a beautiful location in Farkaskútvölgy (near Hollókő). In these 3 recharging days you will be guided by yoga and pilates instructor Anna Mátics. As an optional programme, you can also sign up for Swedish and Thai massage treatments by our masseuses, as well as bioresonance body condition assessment/treatments. We also plan an optional excursion to the world's largest sound bowl in neighbouring Garab. All programmes are optional and subject to change. Programmes are always adapted to the needs of the group.

03.13. Friday

- 14:00-15:00: check-in
- 15:30-16:30: opening round with welcome tea, introduction, meditation, setting of intention
- 17:00-18:15 Jogalates class, an effective combination of yoga and pilates, both strengthening and relaxing
- 18:45-19:45: dinner
- 20:00-21:00: guided relaxation with story, followed by sharing circle, discussion

03.14. Saturday

- 8:00-9:15: energizing yoga practice and pranayama
- 9:15-10:00 breakfast
- 10:00-12:30: Hike, forest bath to the nearby God's Palm lookout (~ 6 km)
- 13:00-14:00: lunch
- 14:00-16:00: free program (wellness, sauna, horse riding)
- 16:00: Departure for Garabra, optional programme
- 16:30-18:00: Sound bath with the world's largest sound bowl in Garab (+ 20 thousand forints)

For those who would not like to come on the sound bowl excursion, we can provide Swedish and Thai massage services, as well as bioresonance body condition assessment and treatment as an optional programme from 13:30 to 18:30 for an extra charge.

- 18:30-19:30: candlelight relax yoga
- 19:30-20:30: Dinner

Evening: sauna, wellness, relax, chat.

03.15. Sunday

- 08:30-09:30 Jogalates
- 9:30-10:30: Breakfast
- 10:30-14:30: Excursion to Hollókő Castle and Hollókő
- 14:30-15:30: lunch
- 15:30-16:30: final meditation, closing round
- 17.00-: check-out

What to know / Travel

The participation fee, which includes all the basic (not optional) activities, beautiful accommodation, sauna, jacuzzi and healthy vegan and vegetarian meals prepared by a private chef (food allergies are welcome): 100 thousand HUF/person.

The participation fee can be paid in instalments free of charge, up to a maximum of 2 instalments. The participation fee does NOT include the entrance to the sound bath in the garage, which is a 1.5 hour session. This will be held if there is interest, which you can indicate in the form below.

Application deadline: 2026.02.20.
You can apply by filling in the form and paying a deposit of HUF 50.000 based on the invoice issued.

Payment deadline for the 2nd instalment: 10.03.2026.

Cancellation conditions

Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are non refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 90 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, completion or for arriving late or leaving early.
