FAQ
Is it possible to have a private lesson?
At the moment, there is no possibility for private spinal yoga classes, as all participants develop in a group practice in a safe, controlled environment, motivating each other. The group class provides a communal experience where practitioners can move together, learn the correct movements with each other's support, and the instructor gives everyone personal attention.
Recommended for beginners and advanced learners?
Spinal yoga caters for both levels, but for beginners it is better to take a class in attendance, as the instructor can directly help you to develop the correct postures and posture and correct you immediately - this is particularly important for health and safety. Online classes are more recommended for those who are more confident moving between exercises.
