I am Benya Kata, RTM split abdominal gymnastics instructor, prenatal RTM instructor, dance teacher and aquafitness trainer.

For me, exercise is not just a workout, but a tool to get back to the body, to support recovery and to strengthen a positive body awareness.

As an open abdominal muscle therapist, I think it is particularly important that the exercise be personalised, and take into account individual specificities. This is particularly important during pregnancy and the postnatal period, when the body's regeneration needs increased attention.

In my classes, my goal is for participants to strengthen their bodies in a safe, professionally sound way while gaining a better understanding of how their own bodies work.

Open abdominal gymnastics - more than a group class

A split abdominal muscle is the Rehabilitation programme based on the RTM method, which focuses on regenerating the abdominal muscles and restoring stability to the trunk.

The aim of the sessions is to get the stabilising muscles of the abdominal wall, the hamstrings and the trunk working together again to support the body's natural function.

However, the group lessons more than traditional group training.

Thanks to the small number of participants, differentiated exercises and personalised home exercise, participants receive individual attention, so the experience and outcome is often similar to an individual session.

You can bring your baby along to the group classes, creating a supportive and flexible environment for mothers.

Structure of the RTM course

The programme is a complex rehabilitation system, which is based on restoring the stability of the trunk.

During practice, we develop several areas:

- strengthening the abdominal muscles
- strengthening the gait muscles
- strengthening the back muscles
- improving posture
- waist mobilisation
- stretching

What does the programme look like in practice?

The course is a mandatory individual consultation and assessment start.

During the first appointment, we will go over the health questionnaire you have completed beforehand, I will examine the condition of your abdominal wall and discuss any complaints you may have. We will then perform the first exercises together and set up the starting positions that will help you to exercise most effectively and safely.

The aim of the individual consultation is to get an accurate picture of your body's current condition and to build up your training accordingly.

The price of the individual assessment: 14 000 HUF.

After the consultation, you can join the group RTM course.

The participants they will also receive a home practice series, as rehabilitation is most effective when gymnastics continues outside the classroom.

Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, consult and get feedback.
