For me, Pilates is one of the most precise and effective systems of conscious movement. It has been part of my life since childhood. After competitive athletics, I started to focus on aerobics and fitness as a hobby, which later became my profession.

I went from being a guest group instructor to becoming a personal trainer, while constantly expanding my knowledge with different movement systems, including TRX, bodyART and kettlebell training courses.

My interest in conscious movement led me to For STOTT Pilates system, of which I have also completed training in soil, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels. I have been working with this approach ever since.

In addition to exercise, regeneration and complex support for the body are of paramount importance to me. To this end, I have attended further training courses, including:

Kinesio tape technique
SMR rolling and regeneration techniques
Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques

Currently, the previously learned Yumeiho massage therapy I'm also deepening my knowledge.

I believe that mindful movement, proper breathing and regeneration together help the body to function in a healthy and balanced way for the long term.

Pilates - strength, stability and body awareness

Pilates is a conscious, controlled form of movement that strengthening deep muscles, body stability and correct posture is built on.

During the classes, the stabilising muscles of the trunk, the back and the muscle groups responsible for posture are given priority. Exercises help to strengthen the body while improving body awareness and reducing the tensions that accumulate in everyday life.

The movements are controlled and mindful, so Pilates not only strengthens the body, but also helps to improving quality of movement and preventing injuries is.


What happens in class?

During the classes, the whole body is worked, while special attention is given to the muscles responsible for stability.

During the exercise:

- strengthen the deep muscles and torso stability
- improve posture and movement patterns
- develop body awareness and breathing
- help recovery and injury prevention

The aim is that, by the end of the lesson, participants feel stronger, more stable and energetic to feel comfortable.


Pilatesstick - Pilates stick exercise

In Renáta's classes, guests can also get to know a special form of movement: the Pilatesstick technique, which is an exercise using Pilates sticks.

This method is based on the principles of classical Pilates, but with the addition of a special tool. The Pilates stick and its associated flexible resistance help to make the exercises more effective in working the muscles.

During the movements, the body is constantly adapting to the resistance, so the stabilising muscles remain active throughout. This is particularly good for deep muscles, balance and body awareness.

Reformer Pilates private lessons

In addition to group lessons I also teach private reformer pilates classes in my studio in Pest, where I work with one guest at a time with my full attention.

The reformer is a special Pilates machine that works with spring resistance. It allows you to perform exercises more accurately while keeping the stabilising muscles of the body active.

Reformer pilates is particularly effective in helping you to:
