Exercise became an important part of my life during my university years, and then during my modelling and Miss Universe preparation, Pilates became a staple in my everyday life.

A Winner of Miss Universe Hungary 2025, and as a student physiotherapist I am particularly interested in body awareness, healthy movement and good posture.

Over the years, I have become more and more open to movement forms based on the mind-body connection. This has inspired me to create classes that not only strengthen and shape the body, but also recharge the mind.

In my classes, movement, mindfulness and relaxation meet - so that participants can stronger, more balanced and recharged go about their day.

Timetable

Pilates and body awareness - strong body, calm mind

This watch is a a more dynamic, strengthening Pilates practice, which helps to move the whole body, strengthen the deep muscles and relieve daily stress.

Active movement at the end of the lesson guided relaxation and short meditation which helps you slow down, come to the present moment and give yourself the rest and relaxation you need after a long day.

Pilates is a form of movement that develops the body's body stability, posture and body awareness, while supporting a relaxed nervous system and mental relaxation.


Focus of the watch

Special attention is paid during the exercise:

- a strengthening and stabilising the deep muscles
- a developing good posture
- the relieving stress caused by sedentary work
- a balance of physical strength and mental relaxation

Pilates is particularly recommended for people who spend a lot of time sedentary, as it helps to activate muscles that are often underactive during everyday exertion.


What happens during the lesson?

The clock is a full-body, dynamic Pilates exercises which gradually activates the muscles and develops stability.

During the exercise:

- strengthen the stability of the trunk and deep muscles
- mobilise the spine and joints
- develop body awareness and controlled movement

Active movement at the end of the lesson guided relaxation and meditation which helps to calm the nervous system and regenerate the body.

This balance allows participants to be both empowered and mentally recharged.
