I first encountered aerial gymnastics five years ago and immediately fell in love with this unique form of movement. For me, moving through the air is an experience where you can really soar with freedom.

Gymnastics became not only a sport in my life, but a place where I found myself. It gave me strength, confidence and a lot of joy.

As an instructor, I want to give people who come to me what I have received: the experience of liberation, the power and the feeling of stepping out of your comfort zone and realising how much you can do.

If you want to get stronger, more confident, get away from the everyday and experience what it feels like to move freely in the air, I welcome you to my classes.

Carika (Aerial Hoop)

The hoop is one of the best-known forms of aerial gymnastics, where you perform various acrobatic movements on a fixed iron hoop.

Practice develops strength, flexibility and coordination while learning a spectacular and creative form of movement.

Classes are available at different levels, so everyone can find the right practice for their level.

Primer hoop
If you've never tried aerobics before, this is the best place to start. You can join without any previous training and learn the basic moves safely.

Starting hoops
If you already know the basics, but want to become more stable and confident, this class will help you to improve.

Intermediate hoops
It is recommended for those who already have a solid foundation, are able to maintain their own body weight and want to learn more complex, technical elements.

Carika Flow

In the Karika Flow classes, the focus is not only on the individual tricks, but also on how the moves are connected.

In the class, we pay attention to the interconnections, the flow of the movements and learn a choreography set to music.

If you've been to the hoop a few times and want to really „ballroom dancing”, this watch is for you.

Silk

Silk is a spectacular and dynamic form of movement performed on two hanging silk ribbons.

During the lessons, we work with different climbs, holds and acrobatic elements in the air. The exercise develops strength, flexibility and body awareness at the same time.

The hours take place at mixed level, so anyone can join in if they want to try this exciting form of exercise.

Hammock Flow

A hammock is an aerial gymnastics device in which an elongated piece of material is attached to a point so that you can perform exercises on a device similar to a hammock.

In Hammock Flow classes, movements are linked together in a choreography set to music. The practice focuses on the flow experience, fluidity of movement and self-expression.

If you've already tried some of the aerial gymnastics equipment and would like to participate in a creative, movement-rich flow class, you are welcome to join us.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need previous training to take an aerobics class?
Not necessary. You can join a beginner class and learn the basic moves step by step.

Do I need to be strong enough?
You don't have to be strong in advance. Strength and stamina develop gradually over the course of practice, each at their own pace.

Should I be afraid of heights?
Exercises are performed at a safe height and each new movement is learned gradually.

Why should you try aerobics?
Because it develops strength, flexibility and self-confidence while giving you a unique experience: the freedom of movement in the air.
