Gerinctorna - movement for a healthy spine

Spinal gymnastics is a form of exercise that helps prevent back and waist pain from a sedentary lifestyle, and supports healthy spine function.

The exercises not only work the spine, but also work the whole body, strengthening the muscles responsible for posture and improving body awareness.


What happens in class?

The hour is short with breathing exercises and attunement which helps you get into the exercise and prepares the body for movement.

This is followed by an exercise session, then with strengthening exercises that strengthen the stabilising muscles of the trunk and the muscles around the spine.

The session with stretching and relaxation to relax the body and the nervous system.

The aim of the lesson is for participants to refreshed, lighter and more energetic go about their day.
