Yoga for women
We warmly welcome both Hungarian- and English-speaking guests to this class.
I invite you to connect to yourself, to a circle of women supporting you through conscious attention, movement and breath.
In addition to moving the whole body, the main focus of women's yoga practice is on strengthening and toning the pelvis and hips.
The themes of the relaxations and meditations in the classes help to understand and accept the feminine.
* Power in the hips! * Healthy hips and pelvic floor play a vital role in maintaining good posture and the health of our organs. Female organ complaints, menstrual cramps, back pain, digestive problems, can all result from this area being loose and inflexible.
A sufficiently strong and flexible hip can prevent these problems. Each class has a mobilising and strengthening part (I use Pilates elements in this), as well as more static yoga positions with stretching, followed by a well-deserved relaxation.
In addition, there is always a special theme for the current class, with exercises, meditations and composed music to help you go deeper.
Regular practice:
- normalises the hormonal system and the functioning of the female organs, thus benefiting PMS and other female organ complaints
- helps you to accept and understand the cyclical nature of being a woman and to practice and be present in all aspects of life.

Yogalates - Strengthening yoga with Pilates elements Let yourself recharge and reconnect with the power of your body! This dynamic strengthening class uses yoga tools,
- conscious breathing, asana, and relaxation

The class alternates breath-led, flowing sequences with stabilising, core-focused exercises to help shape and strengthen the whole body. The pace is energising yet accessible to all, so everyone from beginner to advanced will find it challenging and enjoyable. By the end of the practice, you'll feel more alive, stable and light: like your body and mind have been turned back on.
