Yoga has been a part of my life for a long time, but I really connected with it deeply during my own pregnancy.

During this period, I practiced yoga at home almost every day. The practice helped me slow down, listen to my body's signals and tune in to my baby. For me, yoga became a tool to help me prepare for birth, both physically and mentally.

This inspired me to do the maternity yoga teacher training, and to pass on to other mothers the strength and support that I have experienced.

Besides the lessons private lessons are also available, where we work on movement and body awareness with personalised attention, tailored to individual needs.

For me, the movement is a space where women connect with themselves, their bodies and each other, while they strengthen, recharge and rest.

The SistersFlow story

The SistersFlow story began with a personal journey. When I became pregnant, yoga became my daily support: it helped me slow down, connect with my body and my baby, and prepare for birth with confidence.

This experience inspired me to create a space where other women can experience this support and connection. The first class 9 May 2025 I was holding, then Yogamama under the name.

As the community grew, the SistersFlow, a studio and community of women where movement, conscious presence and support for each other meet.

Maternity yoga - connecting to the body and the baby

Maternity yoga is a form of exercise that helps connect with the body, the baby and the special time of pregnancy.

During the practice, we work with subtle, mindful movements that support the body's preparation for birth, while also helping you mentally slow down and tune into the present moment.

Breathing exercises, gentle asanas and relaxation help mothers to feel calmer, stronger and more connected to their baby leave.

Pilates - strength, stability and body awareness

Pilates is a conscious, controlled form of movement that strengthening deep muscles, body stability and correct posture is built on.

During the classes, the stabilising muscles of the trunk, the back and the muscle groups responsible for posture are given priority. The exercises help to strengthen the body while improving body awareness and reducing everyday tensions.

What happens in class?

During the classes we work with subtle, mindful movements that help strengthen the body and slow the mind.

During the exercise:

- strengthen the deep muscles and the stability of the body
- develop body awareness and conscious breathing
- relieve daily stress and tension
- end the class with relaxation

The aim is that, by the end of the lesson, participants recharged, more balanced and relaxed leave.

Who are the classes for?

The classes are particularly recommended for those who:

- want to consciously prepare for childbirth
- body awareness and safe movement are important for them
- want to get stronger and mentally recharged at the same time
- long for a supportive community of women

You are welcome in my classes,

If you want to connect with your body, prepare for birth or simply take some time for yourself in your everyday life.

Movement, breathing and relaxation together help you to stronger, calmer and recharged go on with your day.

Whether it's maternity yoga, pilates or individual practice, my goal is to create a space where move, connect and relax in safety.
