Yoga has been a part of my life for a long time, but I really connected with it deeply during my own pregnancy.
During this period, I practiced yoga at home almost every day. The practice helped me slow down, listen to my body's signals and tune in to my baby. For me, yoga became a tool to help me prepare for birth, both physically and mentally.
This inspired me to do the maternity yoga teacher training, and to pass on to other mothers the strength and support that I have experienced.
Besides the lessons private lessons are also available, where we work on movement and body awareness with personalised attention, tailored to individual needs.
For me, the movement is a space where women connect with themselves, their bodies and each other, while they strengthen, recharge and rest.
The SistersFlow story
The SistersFlow story began with a personal journey. When I became pregnant, yoga became my daily support: it helped me slow down, connect with my body and my baby, and prepare for birth with confidence.
This experience inspired me to create a space where other women can experience this support and connection. The first class 9 May 2025 I was holding, then Yogamama under the name.
As the community grew, the SistersFlow, a studio and community of women where movement, conscious presence and support for each other meet.
