What happens in class?
The class will start with a short introduction round, where you will have the opportunity to arrive in the space and connect with each other.
We then start with gentle, playful exercises to help the baby and mother bond. We also involve babies in the practice: through eye contact, touch and gentle movements.
They appear during the exercise:
- gentle warm-up exercises to move the babies
- baby massage elements
- regenerating yoga asanas for mothers
- breathing and relaxation
Exercise helps to rebalance the mother's body, relieve tension and support recovery after childbirth.
At the end of the lesson guided relaxation helps you relax completely, accompanied by a gentle wind chime. Experience has shown that babies particularly like the sound of this, which soothes and relaxes them.
