Our studio is designed to take you out of the city rush as soon as you enter, and into a safe, supportive women's space - where movement is not an achievement, but a recharging experience.
Can beginners come for a personal yoga or pilates class in Buda?
Yes, many of our classes in Buda are safe for beginners.
If you haven't moved in a long time, are just starting yoga or Pilates, or want to get back into it, our instructors have your back and will give you a facilitated alternative for each exercise.
What personal lessons are available at the studio in Buda?
At the SistersFlow studio in Buda, you can choose from a variety of yoga and pilates styles, from stress-relieving, slower-paced classes to strengthening, mobilising classes.

No special equipment is needed.
We provide all the basic equipment (yoga mat, water, accessories) in the studio, you just need comfortable clothes and yourself.
The aim of the first time is not to perform but to arrive, so no prior training is required.
Is there parking available near the yoga studio in Buda?
Yes, parking is available in the studio area and the location is easily accessible by public transport. We recommend MOM Park for this if you're sure you'd like a space, but there is usually parking available on nearby streets.
It was important for us that arriving for the personal lessons should not be an extra stressful experience, but that the journey should support slowing down.
