A Flow yoga class welcomes you with dynamic transitions, breath-synced sequences of movements, and energizing flow.
One inhale or exhale, one movement. This is the base of the flow. One movement flows into the next; for me, it’s a kind of moving meditation, when the time just flies.
The focus is on synchronizing breath and movement,while the mind is not wandering or drifting away, the inner silence eventuallyarise, the outside world disappears, and suddenly we are in 'flow'. Beyond the movement, it’s a great opportunity to practice patience and self-acceptance, as each asana is held for a shorter period.
Something might not go perfectly directly, and it’s important not to get stuck on that, just keep moving.
